Bodybuilding has been a transformative part of my life, teaching me discipline, patience, and the power of consistency. I've been training seriously for 3 years, focusing on:
- Progressive overload techniques
- Nutrition and macro tracking
- Powerlifting fundamentals (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
- Body recomposition strategies
My current personal records: 80kg squat, 70kg bench press, and 1000kg deadlift.
